About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at BELLS CORNER AUTO. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other critical documents.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures, streamlining tasks and workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for employees and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or services.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring secure and accessible storage of sensitive information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a strong emphasis on written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
