Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the VP of Legal and coordinating daily administrative activities. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Legal and other team members
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
