Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Hire, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
