About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
