About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to join our team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Work Environment: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Work with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the goals and objectives of BELL 720 RESTAURANT.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service management role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle required for travel to and from work
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
