We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Hire and Train Food Service Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new food service staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Work with the Restaurant Team: Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve our goals and objectives, including improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
