Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to join our team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Manage Work Environment: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that our restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.
- Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor the performance of our staff and make adjustments as needed to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Transportation/Travel: Own vehicle required for occasional travel to meetings and training sessions
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
