About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the restaurant, including food handling and preparation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service management role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Transportation/Travel: Own vehicle required for occasional travel to suppliers and other locations
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
