Panjabi Foods Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary team and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service.
Job DetailsLocation: Three Hills, AB
Salary: $29.50 per hour / 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruiting and hiring food service personnel.
- Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Preparing budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Preparing food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervising the assembly of trays and establishing work schedules.
The role involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
