Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our customers.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of food service staff, including scheduling and workload management.
