Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Liberty Tax Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of reliability and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
