About the Role

This role will involve providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
