About Cambridge Centre Dental Care

We are a dynamic and growing dental clinic looking for a highly organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.


Job Description:
  • This is a permanent position with 32-40 hours per week.
  • You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • One year to less than two years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interview patients to gather case histories and understand their needs.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Complete insurance and other claim forms accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain an organized filing system to keep track of patient records.
  5. Order supplies and manage inventory to avoid stockouts.
  6. Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow.
  7. Enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets for review.
  8. Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  9. Perform data entry tasks to update patient information.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Computer Skills:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.

Area of Work Experience:
  • Correspondence, Invoices, Reports, and Records management.

Security and Safety:
  • Bondable candidate preferred.

Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Public transportation is available.
