Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Professional to join our team at RMA Technologies Inc.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive support professional
- College diploma or equivalent education in a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
