Organizational Operations Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing office calendars
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office is well-organized
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and report preparation
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
