We are seeking a highly motivated Office Reception and Support Professional to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
