The Administrative Coordinator role at PRO SKILLS DRIVING SCHOOL requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative functions. This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and overseeing office administrative procedures.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Efficient time management and multitasking skills.
Salary and Benefits:
