The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning our human resources strategies with our business objectives, ensuring that our HR initiatives not only support but also drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our leadership team to embed HR practices into our overall business strategy, serving as the primary HR contact for designated business units.
  • You will advise on employee relations, workforce planning, and change management, while overseeing critical operational HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll, and office management.
  • You will lead strategic HR projects that support our growth and reinforce our company culture, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and culture-building activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and/or People Operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage HR functions effectively.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing team, with proven leadership skills that engage and retain top talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a start-up and/or SaaS environment is an asset, offering familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational, execution, change management, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
