About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company in Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team, driving business results through effective HR initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that drive business results
- Provide leadership and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address human capital needs, and develop solutions to drive business success
- Manage the recruitment process for contract or temporary employees
- Develop and implement organization design and change management initiatives to drive business success
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role
- Experience working in a large multinational organization, preferably in a corporate office
- Strong HR functional competence, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
