About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company in Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving human resources strategies that support business objectives and elevate organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to key cross-functional leaders, working collaboratively across teams to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business leaders related to the implementation and management of HR initiatives.
  • Understand local market and external factors to develop insights and inform business decisions.
  • Anticipate and plan for human capital implications, including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and performance-based activities.
  • Align the business unit with enterprise HR principles, policies, and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role supporting leadership teams in a large multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
