Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Red Bull Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and develop a high-performing HR function that drives business results.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall work experience.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals in providing expert advice on talent management, organizational design, change management, and compliance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, develop solutions, and implement initiatives that drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal use of resources and achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives, improving employee engagement, and enhancing the overall work experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
