Job Summary
JSP Insurance & Financial Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, training and development, compensation and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to the HR department, ensuring efficient use of funds and effective delivery of services.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, labor relations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
