About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Warranty Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warranty processes and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess codes, prioritize, and dispatch work to ensure efficient warranty claim processing and maintenance of accurate records.

• Ensure warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured to prevent loss or damage.

• Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and promptly report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager.

• Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain up-to-date files for easy reference.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of our team.

Requirements:

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience in warranty administration.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in warranty administration, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics or the ability to quickly understand technical concepts.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in warranty claims processing.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to craft clear, concise reports and interact with various stakeholders.

• A desire to consistently exceed customer expectations and provide outstanding service.
