**NewRoads Subaru Richmond Hill, **a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring an **Internal Advisor**.** **This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team with excellent earning potential.

**Responsibilities of an Internal Advisor role include**:

- Checking delivery sheets for customer vehicles to be delivered and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Preparing work orders from delivery sheets;
- Distributing work to technicians;
- Communicating with salespeople;
- Following up on any internal customer issues and ensuring any issues are dealt with immediately;
- Checking all vehicles for open and outstanding recalls;
- Making sure New and Used Car Department inventories are up to date with warranty recalls;
- Communicating any issues to the Service Manager immediately;
- Greeting customers and assisting with overflow customers for Service Advisors;
- Answering and taking overflow calls for appointments and questions;
- Checking all vehicles for open and outstanding recalls;
