**Job Title**:Service & Warranty Repair Coordinator

**Reporting Function**:Repair Shop Operations Manager

**Position Overview**:
Cosmo Music, an industry leader in musical instrument retail and service, is actively seeking a dedicated Service and Warranty Repair Coordinator to join our team at our Richmond Hill, ON location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing service repair administrative tasks while also assisting in other areas indirectly related to customer repair traffic.

This role is crucial to our commitment to providing unparalleled service to our customers.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage repair administrative tasks, ensuring timely responses to internal and external inquiries regarding repair status, while accurately relaying repair, part, and warranty information to customers.
- Collaborate with our distributor’s repair facilities to provide customers with precise estimates for their repair needs.
- Proactively communicate with manufacturers to address and resolve delays in parts orders and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth payment processing and outbound shipping for completed repairs by promptly contacting customers.
- Perform additional Service Department repair duties, including stock repairs and warranty service.
- Act as a liaison between manufacturers and customers, coordinating repairs bound for manufacturer service centers to streamline the process and enhance customer experience.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to repair inquiries, fostering positive customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers to expedite repairs and minimize delays, optimizing efficiency in the repair process.
- Maintain organized records of repair status and customer communications, facilitating smooth operations within the Service Department.
- Uphold Cosmo Music’s reputation for exemplary service by delivering consistently high-quality repairs and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of the musical gear industry, including PA systems, keyboards, amplifiers, stage gear, guitars, and pedals, with a passion for music and instruments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to take on various service-related administrative duties, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members alike.

Work arrangement: In-person

**Pay range**:$18 - $20/hr depending on experience
