About the Job
The Business Development and Growth Specialist plays a crucial role in driving new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling Teleperformance's solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
The role involves direct interaction with decision-makers, requiring strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how Teleperformance's services can meet the specific needs of each prospect.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position starts at CAD $51,000, with potential OTE (On-Target Earnings) bonuses ranging from 5% to 20% of the base salary.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative selling, managing customer relationships and identifying client needs.
- Strong knowledge of Google Products, including Google Cloud and Digital Media.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects effectively.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity targets and compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose compelling proposals and pitches.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and technical abilities with CRM systems.
