Business Development and Growth Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Growth Director to join our team at Staples Promotional Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business opportunities.

Job Description
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve results, set targets, and design growth plans.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth, understand market trends, and guide the development of services/products.
  • Communication and Presentation: Deliver effective presentations to large groups, communicate complex ideas simply, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or business, or equivalent working experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • 5+ years of sales management/leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities.
