Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Business Growth Specialist at Indwisco Limited, your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gains and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Promoting the company's products/services to address or predict clients' needs/objectives
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Providing information to management regarding customer feedback on pricing, quality, service, and contributing to the strategy to grow the business

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A hunger to chase and close new business, with a passion for finding, securing, and selling new customers as well as growing current ones
  • 10+ years of proven working experience as a sales/business development manager, with a proven sales track record
  • Result-oriented, with a disposition towards continuous improvement, dynamic
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills, organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • Educational background BSc/BA
  • Teamwork
  • French an asset

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
