Teleperformance Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team in driving new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how Teleperformance's services can help meet the specific needs of each prospect.
Salary: CAD $51,000 per year, with an OTE potential to top base pay with minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses.
About the Role:
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and sell Teleperformance's solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
- Direct interaction with decision-makers requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Explain Teleperformance services/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, College degree or equivalent Degree
- Google Product knowledge: not limited to Google cloud & Digital media
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with great phone etiquette
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets
