About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to drive the expansion of our Construction Management business in Ontario, Canada. This key leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve profitable growth and deliver exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a diverse team of senior specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Mentor practice group managers, project managers, and technical managers to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing significant business functions within professional services firms
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams
