We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling us to focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative assistance to our team members, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
