Role Overview:

The Customer Operations team at Bicom Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role involves handling partner inquiries via phone and email, resolving or escalating as needed.

  • Handle partner inquiries via phone and email, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help clients grow their sales.
  • Use tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive for collaboration.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Previous experience with a Software/Telecommunications Company
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
