We are currently using our virtualization solution, SERVERware, and PBX telecommunications solution, PBXware on tens of thousands of unique instances. Millions of end-users consume our VoIP phone and application solutions, Meeting, gloCOM GO, and gloCOM, daily.
Role Overview:The Customer Operations team at Bicom Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role involves handling partner inquiries via phone and email, resolving or escalating as needed.

- Provide guidance and resources to help clients grow their sales.
- Use tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive for collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills.
- Previous experience with a Software/Telecommunications Company
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
