Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to partner inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance their sales growth, leveraging tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and prior experience within the Software/Telecommunications sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluency in additional languages, including French and Spanish.
