Business Development Associate

With operations spanning the globe, our unified communications end-to-end software solutions cater to SMBs, Enterprises, Call Centers, and Telecommunication Service Providers.
Our innovative products, such as SERVERware and PBXware, are used by tens of thousands of clients, facilitating millions of daily calls and meetings through our VoIP phone and application solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their sales growth, leveraging tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong computer literacy and prior experience within the Software/Telecommunications sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
- Fluency in additional languages, including French and Spanish.
