Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Production Specialist - Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Assembly: Accurately assemble products according to provided instructions, ensuring the correct use of tools and components in the assembly process.
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Packaging: Package cannabis products according to regulatory requirements and company standards, labeling products accurately and ensuring proper sealing to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Quality Control: Identify defects, measure dimensions, and conduct quality checks throughout the production process, reporting any issues to supervisors and collaborating to find solutions.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting safety concerns and incidents promptly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, communicating clearly and working together to achieve production goals.
  • Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets set by the company, striving for efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Experience in Manufacturing or Production: Preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Follow Instructions: Essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work Effectively in a Team: Required.
  • Leadership Qualities and Ability to Take Initiative: Desired.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Adapt to Changing Production Needs: Essential.
  • Ability to Handle Strong Scents and Fragrances: Required.
  • Legally Authorized to Work in Canada: Required.
