Professional Cannabis Sales Representative

The Territory Sales Manager will actively engage customer prospects and drive sales growth for our company. The successful candidate will utilize self-motivation and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities- Spending most time on the road, promoting the retail sale of cannabis products: presenting, promoting, and selling our portfolio of brands.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
- Supporting the development of any sales materials.
- Creating brand awareness and community engagement within the assigned territory.
- Establishing new opportunities to promote our portfolio of brands within the confined regulations.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, collaborating with management, and making recommendations.
- Collaborating with management in planning sales activities and setting goals for the assigned territory.
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industries.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred.
