Regional Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at MediPharm Labs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the cannabis industry, driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will spend most of their time on the road promoting retail sales of cannabis products, providing product education to retailers, and establishing strong customer relationships. They will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing territory potential, and resolving customer complaints.
Responsibilities:- Promote the retail sale of cannabis products and provide product education to retailers
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers across assigned territory
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Analyze territory potential, track activity, and submit results reports to management
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and collaborating with management
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis or related industries
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including selling, communication, and negotiation
- Highly motivated, result-driven individual with excellent self-management and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle required
- Competitive salary: $60,000 per year
