Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Manager at Dash Hudson, you will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and work closely with the Senior Director of Sales to set team goals and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Participate in the hiring process for Sales Development Representatives
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to new hires to ensure early success and career development
• Ensure team key performance metric targets are met
• Contribute to and improve prospecting and outreach strategies
• Engage with the Senior Director to ensure pipeline quality

Requirements:

• Sales-minded and driven by targets
• Love for data, testing, and learning
• Uniquely creative mind
• Post-secondary education or management training is considered an asset
