About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage the workload of sales staff to ensure efficient operation of the store.
  • Hiring and Training Staff: Identify, recruit, and train high-calibre candidates to join our team.
  • Authorizing Payments: Process payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Inventory: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Scheduling: Plan and coordinate employee schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
