About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AEON Canada. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and supply chain performance.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in database software and spreadsheet applications.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
