Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving
    • Determine the most efficient method of shipment to meet customer needs
    • Schedule the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery
    • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices
  • Warehouse Management
    • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
    • Route goods to appropriate storage areas and ensure proper labeling
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping or delivery
    • Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet software
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a warehouse environment and be comfortable with physical activity.
