About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Equipment Management
    • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including maintenance, repair, and replacement as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting
    • Willing to relocate.
