Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at Quick Tire LTD, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials within our warehouse environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting, where you will be responsible for various logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and select the most efficient shipping methods.
  • Organize the distribution of products and materials.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics.
  • Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Assemble packaging materials for shipments.
  • Inspect incoming shipments and verify them against documentation.
  • Maintain accurate internal records of inventory and shipments.
  • Document any shortages and manage the return of damaged items.
  • Direct goods to their designated storage locations.
  • Package items for dispatch.
  • Unpack and process received goods.
  • Label shipments with appropriate identification and instructions.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes of goods.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in using spreadsheet software is essential for this role.
