Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 12124599 Canada inc. as a Dispatcher, Trucks. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues with work orders.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of shipments and maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
