We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Warehouse Management: Assemble containers and crates, inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and maintain an internal record-keeping system.
- Inventory Control: Record shortages and reject damaged goods, and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- Packing and Unpacking: Pack goods to be shipped and unpack goods received, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Overseeing Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are properly secured and handled.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
