About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit detailed reports to management on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments and work units, ensuring seamless coordination of activities and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate.
