Position Overview

Crownlink Transport Inc is seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency and ensure seamless transportation services.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP program

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform essential clerical tasks to support logistics functions
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports
  • Organize maintenance and repair activities for vehicles
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Handle general office responsibilities
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality
  • Manage personnel dispatch according to schedules and urgent requirements
  • Monitor and track shipments effectively
  • Keep detailed records of vehicle operations, including mileage and fuel consumption
  • Establish and oversee work schedules and procedures
  • Plan and manage the operational logistics of the organization
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of performing under pressure with attention to detail
  • Engage in repetitive tasks as required
