Job SummaryWe are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Direct and control daily operations by overseeing budget planning, expense reporting, and inventory management.
- Evaluate daily operations by analyzing key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvement.
- Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely manner.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures by monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Plan and organize daily operations by prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Train staff on new policies and procedures.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and vendors.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer electronic inquiries from clients and employees.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
