About the Job:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Zoomer Auto. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, supervise other workers, train new staff members, and determine office procedures and routines.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings
- Manage budgets and financial records
- Supervise and train staff members
- Determine office procedures and routines
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or operations management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
