Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing processes, and establishing work priorities to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities related to establishment management
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Train staff on new procedures and protocols
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Commission systems and components as needed
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in administrative operations or a related field
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
