Store Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Management professional to oversee the daily operations of our Spirit Halloween store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling expenses, and ensuring exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a positive store environment that promotes sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operational costs
  • Collaborate with the consignment operator to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21
  • Prior retail management experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
